CashFlow Advisor is provided as a digital product distributed by FinanceCore. Access is granted upon successful payment and is tied to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your access credentials.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use CashFlow Advisor for your own personal or internal business purposes. The license is bound to the purchasing user and the purchase email.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or proprietary logic from the product.

Your license may not be shared, sublicensed, leased, resold, or distributed in any form. Sharing credentials, distributing access to third parties, or commercially redistributing the product is a material breach of these terms.

We actively monitor for patterns consistent with unauthorized sharing or resale.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (Gumroad, Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize the relevant processor to charge the payment method provided. Lifetime access is granted upon successful settlement of the transaction.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If CashFlow Advisor does not meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@financecore.online and we will issue a full refund. Refunded accounts have access revoked.

CashFlow Advisor is a financial intelligence tool, not financial advice. Outputs, projections, scenarios, and recommendations are informational and based on the data you provide. They do not constitute investment, accounting, tax, legal, or fiduciary advice. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinanceCore and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the product. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for CashFlow Advisor in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access — with or without refund — in cases of unauthorized sharing, resale, fraudulent payment, abusive behavior toward our team, or any violation of these terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you at the registered email before action is taken.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our product, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance.
